Dialog box don't appear.

Problem:
Dialog boxes don't appear when you are trying to "open" a drawing or when trying to do the "save as" command.

Solution:
Type FILEDIA
If the variable is set to 0 the dialog box won't appare.
Set the variable to 1, and the problem is gone.
